SUSTAINABLE PROJECT ANALYSIS
In order to evaluate our projects in relation to their architectural and environmental contribution (UN DSO), we register the works within three parameters, which in our opinion are fundamental today. Community, Material and Environment.
Community and Material we understand them as spatial parameters proper to architecture. In them we find variables such as citizen participation, spatial flexibility, reprogramming, local materials and prefabrication and recycling of materials.
The environmental confrontation evaluates the relationship of architecture with its context and the productive contribution it gives. Here we find variables such as landscape, topography, renewable energies, economic production, food production.
These ten categories allow us to evaluate an architectural project.
